Delete your Facioneer account

This page is for the Facioneer app and website (developer: Facioneer). You can delete your account here or in the app: Profile → Delete account (clinics: Account → Delete your account).

How it works

1. Sign in and enter your current password to confirm.
2. If anything is still in progress — a booked shift, a timesheet waiting for the clinic, an open dispute or no-show contest — we tell you what it is. Finish it first, then come back.
3. Your account is deactivated straight away: you are signed out everywhere and no longer shown to clinics. Clinic owners: open shifts are cancelled, your clinic is closed and any subscription ends at the end of the billing period.
4. After 30 days your account is permanently deleted and we email you to confirm. Changed your mind? Sign in before then and choose Cancel deletion.

What is deleted

• Your email address, phone number and password, and your name everywhere except financial records (below).
• Your profile: headline, bio, skills, languages, experience, certifications, availability, city and licence number.
• Documents you uploaded (licence, insurance and other credentials) and continuing-education records.
• Notifications, push-notification tokens and notification settings.

What is kept, and why

• Payment, payout, invoice and tax records, and shift and timesheet history — the law requires businesses to keep financial records. They keep your legal name as it was when your account was deleted, and stay linked to an anonymous account without your contact details.
• Records of the terms and policies you accepted, and security and fraud-prevention records.
• Messages and reviews you sent stay visible to the people who received them, shown as from “Deleted user”.
