This explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under Alberta PIPA.

I have read and agree to the Non-Circumvention Agreement v1.0 · Apr 2026.
This protects both parties: professionals introduced via Facioneer should continue to be engaged through the platform. Permanent hires are fully supported — a one-time conversion fee applies.

For your protection and ours, your acceptance of each document is timestamped and recorded with the document version. You will receive a copy of these agreements by email.
